Principle and Structure:

The weighing sensor utilizes the resistance strain principle, wherein the measured force is applied directly to the strain gauge on a hollow cylinder's surface. This application induces axial compression and radial expansion in the strain gauge, causing a decrease in the axial resistance strain value and an increase in the radial value. Consequently, the connected Wheatstone bridge becomes unbalanced. When external power is supplied, the bridge outputs an imbalance voltage at its angle output, which is proportional to the measured force acting on the load cell. This design ensures high precision and reliability for various weighing applications.
