Principle and Structure:

The weighing sensor employs the resistance strain principle wherein the applied force is directly transmitted to the strain gauge on a hollow cylinder, resulting in axial compression and radial expansion. This change affects the axial and radial resistance strain values, causing an imbalance in the attached Wheatstone bridge. When external power is supplied, the bridge produces an output voltage at its angle output that is proportional to the force acting on the load cell, thereby ensuring precise measurement.
