Principle and Structure:
The weighing sensor is based on the resistance strain principle. It applies the measured force directly to the strain gauge attached to the surface of a hollow cylinder, causing axial compression and radial expansion in the gauge. This leads to a decrease in the axial resistance strain value and an increase in the radial value, unbalancing the connected Wheatstone bridge. When external power is supplied, the bridge outputs an imbalance voltage at its angle output, which is directly proportional to the measured force exerted on the load cell. The design ensures high precision and reliability for various weighing applications.
